I just blogged about judging book by their cover.
http://www.ethanbodnar.com/2006/12/15/i-judge-books-by-their-covers/
I have also been thinking alot about a community and website like urbis. Since I do not have the time to do it (I am a junior in highschool) I am glad that they have done it, and what a great job they have done!

One other thing, I have found that I have gotten tired of reading Techcrunch. There are so many posts. But here at Solution Watch. We get quality reviews of some really nice web applications. Thanks.
