10 Big Myths about copyright explained
“An attempt to answer common myths about copyright seen on the net and cover issues related to copyright and USENET/Internet publication.”
This article definetily does help clear things up and is always a good thing to read. For instance, I was unaware that you did not have to include the copyright notice at the bottom of the page to be copyrighted, it already is. But, you put it in hope to give the visitor warning. Another fact is that the C in the circle ( © ) is the only character that has legal force for replacing the word copyright.
